The Hotel Hot Springs

Location was good

Dirty carpets in hall, room wasn't cleaned well. Room had damaged flooring.

Property was clean and relatively modern. Lobby was spacious. Desk staff were friendly and efficient. Elevators were quick to respond and operated smoothly. Room was comfortable., Bathroom was fairly clean and modern, Plumbing fixtures were nice and worked well. Location next to convention center is ideal if attending events there.

Parking lot at rear of hotel is tiny, with broken pavement and potholes. Hotel has a spacious parking garage, but it is a block away, which is inconvenient. Entry portico has ridiculously limited capacity for cars, taxis, etc, and sidewalk between cars and building are too narrow for two-way foot traffic, making it difficult to navigate around other guests’ luggage when busy. A/C unit was loud. Plastic shower floor flexed and made noise when stepped on. There were moldy-looking spots in the seams around the shower base, and shower door had white soap/lime film deposits, indicating it had not been really scrubbed well in a while.

Front desk was a little underwhelming

Everything! This is the better choice to stay.

Priced too High. ($299) Breakfest wasn't included in the price, when it has been in the past. ($15 more a person). I had gotten some snacks in the lobby was like buying gold, & drinks were not cold. There were no blankets in the room, had to go down stairs & retrieve one. There was so meny people getting coffee in the morning at breakfest,I went back up to the room & got some coffee. Elevators are slow.
