Location was great.

1-2 of the elevators wasn’t working so it was a little wait to go up and down.

Breakfast it was good really nice queen bed

We stayed for two nights and noticed that the housekeeping staff did not change the sheets from one day to the next—they merely tidied them up but didn't replace them. That was the only thing we could mention that we found a bit unpleasant.

The manager who was there to check me in, was extremely helpful. She gave me a lot of good direction and advice on my first trip to Hot Springs.

Comfortable and large room, minutes from bathhouse row by walking, friendly staff.

The room was spacious and clean. We had no trouble checking in and found everything to be as it should be. The vending machine in the lobby was almost sold out and needed to be serviced, but the vendor was not available until Monday. More attention should have been paid to having proper servicing of the vending machines before having several events scheduled.
