"Rude staff in the morning"

How the staff were happy to greet us and help us through paying through the app which is supposed to be cheaper

That they used the app then double charged me by using my visa card for a second payment for same evening on their computers

The biscuits and the new Nespresso machine are a nice touch.

There were stains on the pillow Case and the Bed sheet. There was a screw sticking out of the bath panel. My Main dislike was the fact that the weather outside was 35° and the Air Con wasn't working! Which meant that the room was seriously uncomfortably Hot! The window barely opened! And there was no fan In the rooms! I barely slept due to being so bloody hot!! Also the parking Charge going up from £6 per vehicle to £10 per vehicle is an absolute Joke!! Considering it used to be free!
