The grounds are beautifully kept. The room we stayed in was very quiet. Happy hour was good value.

Not handicapped accessible; no elevator, no staff to assist with luggage; when we checked in and found out about stairs there was no offer to switch rooms; breakfast was minimal and disappointing, hot food was cold, coffee wasn’t hot. The room had some problems with AC, and bed was noisy-room 212.

Room was too small for the price. Would've love to have a full length mirror. Not enough storage. Since there were no carts, one has to haul all the luggage yourself. The receptionist was not very friendly.

Service was prompt and appropriately friendly; a team effort. Seated Saturday morning breakfast was very good and enjoyed being outdoors. Staff responded quickly to our room being too cold and it worked. A lovely site and a non-motel feel was refreshing.

Weekday office breakfast was not what we expected. Only the minimal, but being outside helped.

The room was fine but small. The hot water did not last to fill the tub and the jets did not work. We were told there was breakfast the next day, but then the next morning told hot breakfast was only on weekdays.

The courtyard setting and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Flowers and trees are well trimmed and well cared for. The exterior appearance of the facilities are very appealing. The staff is very cordial, courteous and provided a very positive customer experience. The company appears to have good hiring practices as evidenced by seemingly happy and loyal employees.

The interior premises differed greatly in quality and appearance from the exterior. Grout in shower was old as exhibited by black areas between the tiles. Shower lacked fan to disperse humidity when showering. Walls and woodwork needed painting. Air vents were dirty and ceiling area near ceiling access trap was dirty. The sink drained very slowly not permitting running water very long or letting the dirty water drain properly. Although the room rate was quite reasonable, we expected high quality cleanliness and maintenance regardless of price. We were in room 203 in the building that houses the restaurant and bar.
