INitial room was unacceptable Second room, the light bulbs were not work, neither was the sauna.

The beds were not comfortable at all and the general space was fairly run down for the price.

In room showers could be better

I recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my experience with you. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar was very nice with great cocktails. One of the highlights of the hotel was its ski in and out feature, which was a massive plus for me. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast as it lacked fresh fruit and only had one small coffee machine. The powdered eggs were also not up to par. The room I stayed in was very dated, and the shower had no way to hang on the wall without soaking the whole room. Considering the level of accommodation, I found the hotel to be quite expensive. Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel, I would personally rate it as a 3-star at best. To add to my dissatisfaction, there was a party going on in the room next door at midnight. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception, they told me to go talk to the people in the room myself, as they didn't want to leave the reception to handle the situation. The spa facilities were okay, but they seemed outdated. Additionally, the steam room only worked intermittently. Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed, with some positives and negatives.

The staff and the service were very good. The barman was very good, and also the breakfast was nice. The Room (52) was Ok, spacious and confortable for the size of our group (3) but lacked some features like a modern Smart TV, and a good Shower. Bed was confy. There is an Available driver too if you need a ride The Ski Locker room was Ok.

The SPA facilities and pool were very disappointing. Internet Wifi signal was slow and poor on our room. The room bathroom didn’t had a fixed shower. The property Lacks a modernization.

The bedroom was big, the food was very good, the staff was fantastic, very kind, well trained and always helpful for the guests. Location is good for skiing in/out, just by the "almes" slope.

The building deco is a bit outdated and could get a renovation.

Right on the slopes. Free shuttle around town. Arranged pick up from train at Bourg St Maurice $120 Eu each way 40 min drive. Food great. We had 1/2 board. Breakfast and dinner. 3 different restaurants around village. Staff very nice and super helpful

Staff were so helpful and great location. We stayed half board and the food was beautiful. Plenty of toiletries, towels and the room was cleaned and topped up twice a day.

Only the view from the room windows met my expectations. The variety of cheeses for dinner exceeded my expectations.

1. The hotel is quite old, the photos from the booking do not correspond to reality 2. The phone in the room did not work and in order to order room service, I had to go to the reception. 3. The hydro massage in the bathroom did not work. 4. I paid for a room with a fireplace, but it was not provided to me upon check-in ... 5. My room was located next to the ski storage room, the constant trampling was clearly audible and prevented me from resting 6. The room cleaning was very poor (just made the bed and hung our towels). 7. Water bottles were supposed to be brought at least once a day, but in 10 days it happened only 2 times (the rest of the time I had to follow us to the reception). 8. The room card stopped working 7-8 times (each time I went to the reception and I was programmed again) 9. The SPA is very old and does not match a 5 star hotel! 10. The hotel provides free transfer services inside the city (there, back), but when we asked twice to pick us up, the receptionist did not understand who we were and could not give the driver information about our place. 11. Half of the staff did not say hello... 12. For a hot breakfast, the hotel can offer nothing but scrambled eggs / omelette if the cost of the hotel was not so high, then I would not have left so many negative reviews. therefore, I am absolutely sure that I will definitely not return to this hotel, because it is easier to rent 3 stars much cheaper if you get the same service...
