Everything. Amazing location, the best service from all staff, gorgeous food, great spacious suite. I cannot say enough good things about this traditional style French hotel. It felt so personal and comfortable throughout our stay.

Location was perfect (ski in/out), the breakfast and dinners we had were delicious. And the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

We were a family of four - two adults and two young children (7 and 5 years old). This hotel was simply fabulous - nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they really went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and had everything we needed (for example, when our children were unable to stay up late enough for dinner, the hotel kindly sent a takeaway box of tartiflette to our room so that we could put the children to bed before dinner). The rooms were immaculate and the facilities were great. We will definitely be returning.

Nothing. Everything was great. Location is a tiny bit far from the main lifts with children, but that is probably unavoidable and we made it work - the children enjoyed the ski down the hill to the lifts in the morning.

We particularly liked the location and ski related facilities, the friendliness of the personnel and the meals at the restaurant.

We experienced a lot of organisational problems, like waiting time in the restaurant, waiting for the room to be ready upon arrival, systematically missing dishes among those offered for breakfast, et al. Also, quality of duvets/pillows as well as some room features were not of 5 star hotel standard.
