Breakfast was good and varied. Location of hotel was excellent for skiing etc. Staff were patient and helpful. Half board food options were of high quality generally.

The hotel parking charge was excessively high. Wine charges were excessively high. The availability of relevant information on hotel services etc was not easy to access. A central guest manual would have been helpful.

The location, bedroom was comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Bedoorm was okay, bathroom needed a refresh, TV channels very poor 90% French TV which you simply cant do in this day and age customers expect international channels, movies and sport etc. this is a 1,000Euro/night hotel! Boot locker was too small for the hotel, not enough seating space in the boot locker room, storage inadequate for family of four. We were half board, breakfast was okay but that's all i would say, hot food selection passable and not very good quality for what we were paying. Evening meals at the hotel were poor, this hotel is trying too hard to be a high quality gourmet restaurant and failing misserably. We ate three times at the restaurant and every meal was pretty much tasteless, unseasoned and the meat quality was tough, food also came out warm not hot and had clearly been pre-prepared. This was the most dissapointing aspect of our stay we were expecting very high quality food and didnt get it.

The duplex space worked well for a family with two adult children. 2 bedrooms;2bathrooms plus a lounge. The ski in/out was great plus the availability of a locked area for ski equipment. Pleasant staff

Stayed over Xmas on half-board basis so expensive. Quality of food excellent; service in the restaurant was a total fail and got worse each night. Pool tiny & cold; Spa area cold; Sauna & Steam good.

Location is great, hotel is outdated, service of staff is brilliant.
