"Tired and dirty"

What used to be a beautiful building is now in a terrible state. It is in desperate need of a refurbishment and a good clean. It’s in a terrible state and the public areas are worn, tatty and dirty. The breakfast was inedible, badly cooked and cold items were stale. Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom functional but dated. Staff really lovely and trying their best in very difficult conditions.

"Afternoon tea"

Had afternoon tea here with my sister, it was very nice, the lady that served us Irene was so attentive she was lovely, the cakes were delicious, had a very pleasant experience, thank you Irene
