Really nice hotel which is Alpine themed throughout. Good breakfast and big comfortable bed. Modern decor with traditional twist. Staff great!

The hotel has nice clean rooms with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful front staff. Easy to book online. The location was outstanding--only 2 blocks from Lake Geneva and the promenade. Restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Old Town and the train station. Definitely worth the price paid especially when booking directly with the hotel. There is an onsite restaurant if you don't want to go too far and there is a paid breakfast. The common areas have a quaint Old World atmosphere/

I like the hotel location as it was well connected with the bus service which made travel to station or to the shopping area very convenient. The breakfast was exceptional with such a beautiful decor. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was so lovely designed! Staff were great and breakfast was incredible! Large variety and all my favourite things! Loved the little baby bells, chocolate milk, home made muffins and the design of the restaurant was gorgeous! Very sparkly, truely felt like we were on the mountains! Thank you so much to all

We had a wonderful stay here for our anniversary trip to Geneva. The staff was always very friendly and ready with suggestions and recommendations for us throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location for being near a lot of different restaurants, (don't miss the hotel restaurant and the ramen place across the street!), some shopping, and it's by the lake. It's also an easy walk to all the public transportation stops, including just down the street from the bus depot where we met our tour excursions. It couldn't have been more convenient. Although there was always something happening on the street below it was quiet in our room and we weren't high up, so that was nice. The room was charming, very clean and comfortable with all modern upgrades. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit!

Great location, great service and lovely location. Our room was on the 7th floor and we were lucky enough to have a view of Mont Blanc and the Jet.
