Hotel Edelweiss

Generally very good. We dined in the restaurant, which was excellent. Some of the plug sockets in the room weren't working (although there were loads of them so that wasn't much of an issue).

Hotel was so convenient to all of Geneva. Staff was very friendly & the decor was so cute with a rustic chalet feel. We would highly recommend!!

The staff at this hotel works exceptional as was the restaurant. Morning breakfast was delicious and the dinner menu was interesting.

Nice hotel very well located. Easy walk from the train station and centrally located to walk to Lake Geneva and the Old Town

Excellent find, the restaurant whilst slightly expensive had incredible quality food, and a good Swiss vibe. The room was quiet and clean. The shower was powerful. Tea/ coffee machine in the room. Only slightly odd thing is the plugs don’t seem to charge when the bedside lights were off.

Staff were great! Chilled white wine was waiting for us in our room and I needed a fan (they do have a/c) and it was in our room when we returned. Breakfast buffet was adequate and it’s close to the water and beach but across the River from the old town

Convenient location not far from the train station and close to the lake. Friendly staff had good advice for how to get around the city.

We are totally disappointed with the service provided by Hotel Edelweiss. Less than 24 hours prior to our arrival, we received an email unilaterally and arbitrarily informing us that our booking had been relocated to another hotel—without any prior consultation.The explanation provided was that the Hotel Edelweiss opted to accommodate other guests at the expense of our confirmed and payed reservation. We find this decision absolutely discriminatory. Additionally, they are not answering our emails ...
