I didn't received my free bottle of wine. One of the rooms supposed to have a sofa bed. It didn't. They said thats Expedias fault.

"Moved me to another hotel! "

I had been booked at the hotel edelweiss for over 2 months and when I arrived they said they had made a mistake and couldn’t check me in due to a group booking. They moved me to a sister hotel which was ok but not what I booked and in a different neighborhood. It was very disappointing

"Geneva Gem"

The cutest hotel with a great breakfast and ambiance. The room size was perfect for our family with the open up couch that they had set up upon our arrival. Highly recommend. Pierre at the front desk was lovely, and he held our bags while we walked around Geneva since our rooms weren't ready yet. We truly felt at home!

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff. Could not recommend this hotel enough. The restaurant is gorgeous. Close to the lake, only a short walk to the Mouettes. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay lovely. If I were to return to Geneva, this would be the place to stay! Highly recommend!
