The property looked pretty and was aesthetically pleasing.

Staff weren’t clear about things. I booked to have a dinner by the beach but it wasn’t mentioned to me that they booked it as something else. I only found out the day when I was ready to attend my dinner. They did try to be somewhat accommodating

The accomodation is stunning with breathtaking views. The staff were unbelievable and made our stay absolutely memorable. They had become more like family by the end of the trip. Veerju Head of House keeping was meticulous about cleanliness and cared about maintaining great standards. Ashwin (waiter) and Veena (kitchen catering) were absolute stars and made our time at breakfast super memorable. Tisha makes phenomenal coffees and treated my kids like royalty! They still ask about her. Dinesh from the Spa facilities was an a darling and treated us with such care! So many more people to mention, but overall - we are coming back... not just because the accomodation was great but because the staff employed make it even better!
