Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa

We went for the spa, which was wonderful. The room was nice,and we had a beautiful view of the strip.

Bed too soft. Didn't sleep well

When we visited the Red Rock Casino, I was under the impression that the pools were closed because of the signage the ropes across the stairs and that I could not see anyone using them from my window on the 19th floor. I paid $50 for a pass to use the Spa whirlpool and sauna. I only used them for half an hour. When I went to check out there was a $45/day+ tax for a "resort fee" When I called the front desk to ask why the fee when the pools were closed they said that one of the pools and hot tubs were available 4 hours a day and that the rest of the fee covered the wifi and the mini bottles of water in the room I do not recommend that anyone visit in the winter when the pools are effectively closed and pay $50 a day for a bottle of water and wifi.

It was nice and have a lot of food options and like that there's bingo. Also, nice that it is family friendly with lots to do for kids.

I didn't like the customer service. No one was rude, but our bathroom had a leak and the room had a mildew smell and we were not even asked if we want to switch rooms. They just said, to let front desk know when we depart. You should know that already, why do we have to let front desk know. Also, we wanted to do at late check out but it will cost us $25/hr. There's not even an hour grace. First hotel that I have encountered that.

Oh, where do i start at. Use to come here years ago while living here, came back a 2nd time, why, enjoy this Casino although i never win, and u can live Free here in Nevada compared to other States, and I like Freedom. Here the Casino is in a good location away from it all, Country bb, and i like that. It has Penny to Dollar slots, fits for all folks. I like the Servers very much here, they do like Ur tips, but most are Hot Looking so losing Ur money doesn't seem too bad when u have a Beer and a Hot Server serving u. I do have favorites, I guess we all do, like love them so, gets the best of me, it's hard to Phocas Sometimes. Song Love Hurts, by Nazareth

The staff at the resort was great, Heather the concierge was super and helped us out after PRICELINE tried to sabotage our trip by giving away our room. Th resort was clean and inviting, the service when playing games was real slow having to wait 30 minutes or more for a drink Overall a good trip

I love there are so many restaurants & that there is a movie theater, food court…the best is THe Shop opens early & closes late.
