Lots of restaurants, check in receptionist was polite and helpful, although she didn’t make clear the time limit on the complimentary bowling, we had intended to use on the last day, but the check out guy wasn’t interested in helping this happen.

The room service meal used a bad tomato in the salad and poor quality overall, swamped in balsamic sauce. The checkout receptionist, had a dismissive attitude and didn’t make any genuine apology for the room service, rather wanted to pass the buck to the catering staff.

I enjoyed the amenities, safety of security and staff and the comfort.

The walk to the hotel room once getting off the elevator was a bit long. I wish there was access of elevators in the middle of the hotel versus at one end then walking the distance to the other end.

Trinity was a big help in getting a table reserved in the sports book

No airport shuttle. $120 round trip just to get to the airport.

Red Rock claims to be a 5 star hotel...it's not even close...of course paid for early check in that didn't happen...bugs in the beds and drinks....It's an overpriced South Point..

We went for the spa, which was wonderful. The room was nice,and we had a beautiful view of the strip.

Bed too soft. Didn't sleep well

When we visited the Red Rock Casino, I was under the impression that the pools were closed because of the signage the ropes across the stairs and that I could not see anyone using them from my window on the 19th floor. I paid $50 for a pass to use the Spa whirlpool and sauna. I only used them for half an hour. When I went to check out there was a $45/day+ tax for a "resort fee" When I called the front desk to ask why the fee when the pools were closed they said that one of the pools and hot tubs were available 4 hours a day and that the rest of the fee covered the wifi and the mini bottles of water in the room I do not recommend that anyone visit in the winter when the pools are effectively closed and pay $50 a day for a bottle of water and wifi.

It was nice and have a lot of food options and like that there's bingo. Also, nice that it is family friendly with lots to do for kids.

I didn't like the customer service. No one was rude, but our bathroom had a leak and the room had a mildew smell and we were not even asked if we want to switch rooms. They just said, to let front desk know when we depart. You should know that already, why do we have to let front desk know. Also, we wanted to do at late check out but it will cost us $25/hr. There's not even an hour grace. First hotel that I have encountered that.
