XinHai JinJiang Hotel Wangfujing

Staff was always very helpful. Most spoke some English. Hotel is a 10 min. walk to Wangfujing St. and the Night Market, a few minutes more to the Forbidden City. Taxis are plentiful on Jinbao Jie and hotel staff help provide correct addresses and directions to taxi drivers. Internet access was easy (unlike other locations in China where I have been).

Very clean hotel with excellent staff. Friendly hotel staff will assist you with everything. I especially liked the fact that all rooms had computers with free internet service. The hotel breakfast was too die for! Recommend this hotel to anyone taking trip to Beijing. Close to many tourist attractions such as T'iaman Squre, Forbidden city etc...

An otherwise good hotel, but limited English of the hotel staff made communication very difficult and time-consuming. My spouse had to draw a towel to describe what we needed in our room though once they understood the sketch on the paper, they delivered the towels to our room. For a hotel that is rated 4-5 stars, they need staff who are fluent in English (the bellboys had better English than the ones behind the reception counter) - one of them did not know the words phone-book/telephone directory.

The hotel is better than I expected.
