Gostanos de tudo, nada a apontar! Os funcionários são excelentes, a comida toda é boa, todas as bebidas são ótimas, as instalações super limpas e confortáveis. A presença dos animais (coatis, sereques, macacos) é bastante agradável e fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Éramos um grupo de 6 pessoas (família) e ficamos realmente gratos pelos momentos vividos no Riu Yucatan. Os funcionários estão sempre trabalhando para o conforto de quem lá está e tudo o que se lhe pede eles providenciam de cara alegre e com a maior amabilidade. Já li muitas críticas sobre a decoração dos quartos, para nós não é nenhum obstáculo, a limpeza supera em muito a necessidade de decoração mais moderna. Um bem haja a todos 😁

Petit déjeuner fabuleux et de qualité, le personnel est adorable, l'emplacement est superbe parmi les chants d'oiseaux et la végétation, on peut choisir la terrasse extérieure abritée ou la salle climatisée. C'est très propre. Tout est à disposition même chaise haute BB.

Przy wyjeździe (check out) dopłata 400 pesos za WiFi recepcja strasznie nie miła wręcz bezczelna. W hotelu takiej klasy takie rzeczy nie powinny sie zdarzać
