Hotel Riu Yucatan - All Inclusive

Los baños,no tienen bidet,las habitaciones tienen sistema americano de conexión eléctrica,y no disponen de adaptadores para otros modelos de conexión,hay que salir a comprar o en su defecto comprar en la boutique del hotel que te está esperando con un precio el triple de lo que vale en tu país.

Beach was cleaned up everyday . Staff are amazing . Market down the road. 150 pesos to 5th ave . Food is good

Rooms were outdated but clean comfortable ! Finally got a coconut my husband had to dance his butt off and it was fresh coconut milk had few drinks my husband got me two ozs of rum to put in , dumped in had a sip went to bathroom came back it was gone ! Waited three trips to have a coconut this upset me .

Very, very clean. Staff was wonderful. Buffet was good. The beach was perfect. Very safe.

The food at the specialty restaurants was hit or miss

La comida deliciosa y variada, el servicio excelente, las personas que atienden en bares y restaurantes son muy amables y respetuosas. Me encantó todo

Lo único fue que éramos 3 personas y nos tocó dos camas sencillas unidas, entonces mi hijo todo el tiempo durmió en la mitad evitando que no se separaran las camas, no lo dijimos de pronto con seguridad nos habrían ayudado.

Fabulous fun hotel and gay friendly as lots of guests of various genders. The staff all so friendly,helpful and great customer service. The hotel was so clean and food in all restaurants is great. Location is beautiful in the beach with lovely walks and nightlife only 20 minutes walk away but plenty fun and entertainment in hotel during the day in pool bar and in evenings. Looking forward to returning later 2026.

This is our second time to this hotel and overall it’s fantastic. The staff are really friendly, hotel is constantly being cleaned. However on our visit to their Mexican restaurant we were extremely disappointed. To be in Mexico in a Mexican restaurant the food was very bland and when we got our food it was stone cold. This had something to do I think with being under staffed, the staff were rushing around trying to please everyone but having to bring out several tables food at the same time which didn’t help. The food in the other restaurant was really nice and the buffet always had plenty of choice. The beach here is beautiful due to the constant work the beach team put in constantly cleaning seaweed etc. The Rui hotels here go above and beyond in trying to give guests a great beach experience.I would highly recommend this hotel overall

The property was in a great location, clean, but quite outdated. Staff is friendly. Small bar’s drinks were great!

My daughter forgot expensive sunglasses glasses in the bathroom, totally her fault. But “lost and found” had only old, broken items in it. No cameras to look at, and housekeeping staff doesn’t speak English to ask questions. I wish food had more authentic Mexican choices. However, I appreciate the attempt to include “pasta, pizza, etc”. I just like experience authentic culture when I travel.

Couldnt fault this hotel Lovely hotel and grounds right on a beautiful beach Food was very good and a good variety, the staff wete all pleasant and helpful Special mention to Felix at the pool area bar, always made us laugh
