Good location

A little tired could do with some updating

Location was good.

The pool was nothing like the advert so we were extremely disappointed. Our room was open to people walking along the passage way so no privacy unless we pulled a blind down all day. It was rather outdated. No room servicing until after the 4th day.

Close to everything. Great place liked everything

Very central in Port Douglas. Plenty of shops and eating places around.

The area it was in was fantastic and the staff are lovely

We really enjoyed the stay so I have nothing I didn’t like about the hotel

We love the location and we love Port Douglas. We stay every year in the off season . The Hotel was Spacious and Clean .

Main issue was the leaking gutters that dripped constantly and were very loud . Like alot of FNQ s hotel s ,the Mantra village is becoming run down. Surley some profits will be used to upgrade the hotel. Simple things like rusted out gutters should be fixed in the tropics . Only saw staff members twice over a few days . This hotel franchise and others like it must do better to try and entice people back to the region

No staff to speak to about anything if needed to just a phone to use. The bed was so hard thought sleeping on the floor would be softer. The a/c and ceiling fan were very noisy constant humming vibrating. The view across from the balcony was of a building that needed a new paint job not very pleasing to sit out on the balcony to look at. The bed looked like it had just been pulled up from the previous person who had slept there tho the sheets look clean.
