Mantra in the Village

Location, the apartment was nice and roomy. Not a lot of face to face interaction with staff but very quick service when needed. Love the pool. Would be an idea to have some basic cleaning equipment for longer stays, maybe a broom, brush and shovel and something to clean kitchen benches with

The location was good in Port Douglas.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Two mornings we were woken early by someone (a cleaner) coughing vomiting and snorting very loudly and music playing on a phone and bottles being moved. This was about 6am and sounded like it was right outside our door/ next door. We did not see any staff the whole time we were there.

Location is excellent to access shops and restaurants. Room had everything we needed.

While it did not impact our stay and there was a phone to access support, the on-site Reception / Office never appeared to be open across the duration of our 4 day stay.

Location is great, room clean & well stocked kitchen equipment. Pool lovely.

No one to meet us when checking in. We found it confusing and not welcoming to find an empty reception area & note on the wall advising to use the phone for directions to check in

Very central being just off Main Street

The pool is a little ordinary but sufficient and beds aren’t great.
