It was lovely inside had a beautiful big spa bath on the balcony with privacy screens Huge comfortable bed , nice and relaxing sitting on the balcony

No real car park for the hotel so cars not secure , have to walk past cafes to get into the place .

Loved the location. Staff were friendly. Rooms were a bit dated but very adequate.

Laundry was terrible. Only one washer and one dryer working. Pool was small and old with a really rough textured surface that could actually damage your skin. Sharpe undulating floor and edges were quite dangerous and the spa was about to be removed from the pool.

Loved the spa and the close proximity to the town centre. Beautiful and clean.

La chambre avec spa réservée était hors service à l’arrivée, signalée uniquement par une affiche “out of service”, sans information préalable. Aucun personnel présent dans l’hôtel et aucune réponse à mes emails, même après le séjour. Le sol de la chambre était constamment trempé et humide. Malgré l’ouverture des fenêtres et l’arrêt de la climatisation, la situation n’a pas changé et nous avons passé le séjour avec les pieds mouillés. La chambre est très mal insonorisée : heureusement qu’il y a peu de trafic, car la moindre voiture est audible, ce qui nuit fortement au confort. Le prix affiché était de 296 AUD, mais 299 AUD ont été débités sans explication. Globalement, l’établissement manque d’entretien et de sérieux.
