Holiday Inn Express Brentwood-South Cool Springs by IHG

Location was easy to get to, but right beside the interstate. Room was clean. Bed was firm. Pillows were all too soft. There's normally a balance of firm and soft, so if you need more supportive pillows, be sure to bring them. Free breakfast was normal. The property had LOTS of things out of order. Could benefit from a good dose of general maintenance.

The water fountains were out of order and and the water machine at the breakfast area was on only during breakfast hours so you were forced to purchase water

Old hotel and beds were the really uncomfortable and the breakfast sucked

Good breakfast included. Pancake machine was down during our visit but the rest was good too.

Good and clean but needs some updating. Needs bigger pillows.

The property is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

This place needs a refresh badly. It did not live up to my brand expectations. The floors are uneven on all floors near the elevators. My room was in horrid condition. The threshold was taped down and the door was hard to operate. The bathroom floor was not level and had multiple broken tiles. Several of the bedroom lights did not work. It had a heavy smell of deodorants to attempt to cover up the smell.

Checking in was good. The worker was very nice and pleasantly. The room smelled very musky like a cigarette. The sheets had blood on it from a dead bug. The tub was gross.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Everyone was super nice throughout the stay. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Room was clean ans tidy.

The air conditioning worked well!
