Holiday Inn Express Brentwood-South Cool Springs by IHG

we had a great stay. the staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfast was hot and delicious. would stay again.

The building is clearly shifting making some floors buckle with loose tiles, and flooring. The floor actually felt springy in our room which points to structural problems with the building.

The Room was called handicap accessible, but a regular wheelchair 30" wide did not fit between beds and furnitures. Also, bath tab was not suited for handicap people. The Furniture in the room were falling apart. I reported a clogged-up toilet. The help I got was that someone brought me a plunger. That was it. Any calls with the complaint line of IHG was either disconnected, they could not find any information are the promised call back from the management never happened. This was one of the worst hotel experiences

The entire hotel seems to be settling. The floors are not level and the tiles are shifting. Beds were so hard I didnt sleep well. The staff were friendly though. Would look elsewhere for my next stay though!

The fact that I booked my trip through booking.com and when I arrived at the facility they did not have my reservation nor did they try to accommodate ANYTHING !

We stopped in Nashville because it was half way to our destination and it was late. We chose Holiday Inn Express since it is reputable, usually clean, and had free breakfast. This particular hotel had slanted floors throughout the building. I noticed it more the morning we were checking out. It certainly didn’t give me confidence in the structural integrity for the floors to be slightly slanted throughout the hallways. One of the big reasons we chose to pay more was the free breakfast. It was nothing to brag about. The pancake maker was down, the eggs, sausage, and gravy were simply warmed up. It just wasn’t worth the extra we paid to stay there.
