Myrtlewood Villas

I stayed in 4673 Wildiris Apt 102! It is run down… the unit could be so much better if they just do some minor upgrades!! First of all the rug under the dining room table was filthy, the door to the washing machine was broken and just leaning against the wall, the bed that was supposed to be king size was two twin put together! The toilet and sinks are very low, we were unable to look at tv the entire weekend besides one channel in the living room. I think it’s sad for the money that you pay to stay in these places they could upgrade every now and then! New comforters, sheets, A KING SIZE MATTRESS, and rugs

I liked everything about the property and the kids loved it. I will be returning

Carpet was really Dirty!!

Easy check in … Room was clean … We loved it

Property was in a good location and outside was well kept. The unit was nice but the carpet was dirty and. Bathrooms needed a good cleaning.

The stay was Ok. 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. I small trash can. 1 small bar of soap. No liquid to clean dishes. Check out was 10:00 am. Way too early. Rushed out of room

Receptionist was rude upon arrival. Another lady tied to assist but was overturned. Room was very old. Furniture was from the 70s. It smells and a lot of area was broken. No internet was available or we could not connect.

The staff at the front office show little to no compassion when someone shows up after a 2.5 hour drive only to find out their reservations have been canceled.(by Myrtlewood of course) I’ve been staying with Myrtlewood for years, needless to say I will be spending my money elsewhere. I will fall dead before I ever stay there again. To the staff in the front office, thank you for helping me make this decision.

My family and I stayed in a 3 bd rm villa for the weekend and we had a great time. The entire villa was nice, clean and very spacious. There were some games available in the living room area so we had fun with those. I love the quiet area and relaxing sound of the fountain near our room

The property was beautiful! The carpet inside the unit was a bit dirty.
