Limited amenities. I had to buy my own toilet tissue, towels were only provided once. Dryer didn’t work. Warm blankets had to be paid for. Comforters on bed looked and smelled dirty.

I liked how the pool area wasn’t crowded. I didn’t like the noise from the family above us running and making noise until 2 am.

Just a no. Checking in to the property took almost three hours. Started off with they couldn’t find my reservation and then sent me on my way and didn’t bother trying to help. Once found after hours they said the room was not clean yet. So had to wait longer. Mind you check in started at 4. We didn’t get into the room until 7. Once we got into the room the cleaners were still in there cleaning it! They told us to wait outside. So had to take my kids outside and wait longer after they suffered a long car ride. The only good thing about this place was the pool. You get the bare minimum inside the rooms. Room was falling apart. Sink didn’t drain. Shower door was broken. They gave you two trash bags for the whole week. No hot water. Also I guess they were working on a room upstairs and was hammering and playing loud music all night until 3am. Will definitely choose another place next visit.

The front desk is super unprofessional. Do not stay here it’s a waste of money!

We loved it, however noticed a few things. There was no spare toilet paoer, the king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together and one sink was misding the drain plug. Small things are noticed.

For the price I paid, the cleanliness and customer service was aweful. This short stay was too expensive for the experience we had. The staff at the front office is extremely rude and have no patience. They rarely answer the phone and when they do they talk over you and are of no help. We never received our pool keys and had to go back to the office and the keys they gave us were not the correct ones. In order to use the tread mill you have to request a key from the front office to turn it on, but they fail to tell you any of this during check in. The check in process is LONG AND SLOW!!! No Internet. The fridge was dirty. The bottom of our feet turned black if we walked bare foot. This place needs renovations and new management. I suggest staying somewhere else!

Spacious!!!

I will never stay here again. We arrived for check-in 10 minutes prior to the check-in time; once we signed our documents and our credit card was put on file we were told by the receptionist that she would have to call us when our room becomes available because our room wasn’t ready. 2 hours later we got a call from the receptionist that our room was ready and we could check-in, but technically in there system we had already check-in. The weather wasn’t the best our first two days. On the third day, we decided to go to the indoor pool due to the weather still wasn’t the best. They had a sign on the door and two chairs at the door stating that the pool was closed. Went to the front desk to ask when will the pool be back open and they didn’t even know the pool was closed. They told us to come back in an hour and it should be open, it maybe closed due to cleaning. We came back two hours later, and the pool still was closed. The guy met us outside and said that the pool will be closed for the whole day, but never gave a reason why. Tried to go to the outdoor pool, we couldn’t get in because they never gave us an access key like they did the other tenants. This nice older couple let us in. On our last day of checkout, the access code was disabled at 7:00 am instead of at 10:00 am at checkout. Luckily, one of us was still in the room, if not we would of been locked out with all our belongings inside. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I had a few other issues as well.

Great stay as usual. Ready to get away again. My bday month. My husband and I will be back! :)
