The property was large enough to host my entire family. Customer service was amazing.

Property clean easy parking convenient to shops inside property neat only problem coffee pot and tv in living room not working had to wait 2days to get coffeepot and tech to fix tv m ascenzo

The property was very clean, quiet, convenient to all attractions, dining and shopping centers.

Bathroom tub and shower wasn’t clean . The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom.

I was disappointed. We have stayed plenty of times but this time the roaches was horrible. The room was nice it was clean but we keep killing roaches. You wake up and see a roach crawling across the wall. It was to the point we left. I informed the office staff no refund or take one night off.

Front window screen falling off, TV in one bedroom didn’t work, never sent anyone to fix it. Could not use Both balcony chairs,they were broken,

Roach infested. Complained 3 different times to front desk. They gave us a bottle of roach spray. We left a day early because of roaches in our beds. No internet...complained every day to front desk to no avail.

We checked in on a Wednesday afternoon and arrived about 15 or 20 minutes before check-in and had no issues fetting slightly early. Staff was quick and friendly. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo that had an awesome view of the lake from the back door. It is a mixed property so there are permanent owners on site but all were friendly. The indoor pool was hit with my kids and we eneded up spending hours there on day 2 of our vacation. There were plenty of dishes and everything was clean. The only issue we had was the dryer took a long time to dry. Property was well maintained and the condo was lovely and spacious. We will definatly look there first on any other trips to the area.

Everything good, but let units go way to far before doing maintenance

Broken locks. Broken door. Stained carpet. Gouged counter tops. Broken blinds and vertical. Sliding door lock broken. Dripping tub. Complained first day to rental dept who said they would send someone to look at some of the problems but never did DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. WHAT A DUMP
