Shower head was not tight enough on shower fixture

Location was excellent!

A lovely hotel with great staff set in a brilliant position overlooking the sea and a short walk into town

A classic Italian hotel….beautiful structure but terrible beds, pillows and deco

Lovely hotel Good location with views to die for. We had a delux room which was large and clean The pool is lovely but there are 183 steps down and up so bare that in mind.There was never a problem getting sun beds My only negative would be the quality of the pool bar food -. Breakfast was nice lots of choice and a lovely little bar at night to have a nightcap The nicest thing about this hotel was the staff From the front of house staff to the girls in the breakfast room to the pool staff Everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff at the Miramare are a credit to your hotel.

Perfect location in Taormina. Staff was helpful. Knew we were leaving last day at 7:00am and suggested checking out night before. Breakfast very good, with a great view. Pool grounds meticulously maintained. On site parking a huge bonus. Already planning a return trip.

This hotel is situated very well and the views are excellent. However, the reception/lobby and staff are so cold and grouchy. You do not feel welcome. Breakfast was so-so, the staff serving breakfast were friendly. The cleaners did the bathroom only and skipped cleaning the bedroom, including coffee cups etc. Room amenities are stuck in the 1980s: faucets, shower, electrical outlets, AC control are very outdated. Wi-Fi worked well, which was saving grace.

Great location, stunning views but v steep climb up and down to pool. Noise from neighbouring rooms (you can hear bathroom plumbing!) Hotel decor rather “tired” - would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room. Staff v pleasant and helpful. Plentiful varied breakfast with beautiful vista. Town is lovely - loads of great bars and restaurants. We’d love to go back to Sicily.
