Roman Way Hotel A5 Cannock

Not alot of staff and bar staff did not have a clue on what they were doing And a young manager wearing a suit that was not clean and white dirty shoes and the same suit again the following day

We really enjoyed our stay only down side was no clean towels daily.

The check-in was very efficient. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, as were the bar staff. The rooms have been refurbished but the addition of a fridge and safe would be welcome.

Have used this hotel when fully open and it has not disappointed - service is reduced due to government restrictions. Basic hotel for the working person midweek. Will use again

Another great stay at 'the Roman' - will always be our 'go to' when working within the area.

The hotel looks a bit tired but the room was very clean and newly decorated. The beds were immaculate and the bedding was so white and clean. We slept so well because the beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel is so quiet and peaceful.

As far as I’m concerned I had guests over so I payed for 2 extra rooms for there stay only 2 be told following morning that our extra 7 days stay had been cancelled the should of had the decency to have spoken to me made his own choice which was absolutely mad I would not recommend to anyone who would want invite guests

Basic hotel but priced accordingly. Room was large & clean but outdated furniture. Bathroom in need of complete refurbishment. Grounds a little unkept. Overall a bit tired looking.

Good parking for big vans and close to supermarket and fuel.
