Tv broke on night 5 was not fixed for following 2 nights of stay

Very good location in the hotel very friendly staff.

The bed was not comfortable, it was two single beds pushed together and I kept sliding into the gap during the night. The room was very hot and there was no umbrella on the balcony.

Great location, 5/10 min walk from strip and beach, supermarket and food spots opposite, friendly staff and cleaners

Stayed in bungalows. No air conditioning in room. The fans on the ceiling just recycle hot air and you have to rent air conditioning or fans. You can hear the entertainment from the hotel next door

Troppo chiassoso gente ubriaca sporca la camera porta rotta finestra rotta ho pagato con la colazione mi è stata negata di notte ci è mancato che un ragazzo si buttava di sotto ho dovuto chiamare la security

This hotel is terrible. We felt so unsafe, there were a number of unsafe things in our room such as the bathroom window being broken, meaning member of the public could see when using the shower. When we approached Staff about this, they laughed and were talking about us in Spanish, the most unapproachable and rude staff we have ever had to deal with. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone it is atrocious.

La șapte dimineață când ne-am trezit am cerut o cafea și mi s-a spus că nu ne poate da nici măcar contracost pentru că ei deschid la 10:00, cu toate că era personal destul pentru a ne putea face o cafea .A doua zi după-amiază i-am rugat să ne dea puțină gheață pentru apă că era caldă din păcate și a spus că doar pentru cocteiluri au gheață și nu ne pot da.. deci am avut doar două cerințe și niciuna nu a fost satisfăcută nu am cerut nimic în plus În descriere a hotelului scrie că doar adulți poți veni hotel asta în cazul în care hotelul era plin de copii la piscinăÎn descriere a hotelului scrie că doar adulți poți veni hotel asta în cazul în care hotelul era plin de copii la piscină…
