That we were moved to a different location coral suits and spa much nicer and staff were so nice

The lady on reception was so rude, blonde hair. We arrived and had already paid for our stay she told us we were being moved to a sister hotel which was ages away we refused as we wanted this location close to the beach. She told us it wasn’t her problem and wouldn’t give us a refund. After we stood our ground we were moved to coral suits and spa which was fabulous, this women was so rude and should not be in this job it was very scary to arrive to another country and have our accommodation changed without any notice or email before hand

Great location bars and beach in walking distance. Adult only. Nice roof terrace with plenty of sunbeds. Spacious bungalow needs updating. Cleaner attended almost everyday with clean towels if needed.

Disapointed booked an studio apartment but allocated a bungalow which needed updating. (The studios were refurbished). The couch was so uncomfortable. Terrace furniture was old, no sunbeds although other bungalows had them. We were unable to close the sun canopy as the winder was broken. No privacy during the day as the net curtains were not wide enough to close. The fridge did not have freezer compartment but if you turned it up everything was frozen so had to throw food away. Pool was cold. Just made the most of it and didn't spend much time in the room it wasnt very inviting. I'm surprised this hotel is rated a 4 star. I think if we would have been allocated a refurbished room I wouldn't be writing such a negative review.

Place is clean (little old but still very nice) and staff are very friendly.
