The rooms are spacious, location is excellent and the amenities are good value for money x

Some of the staff were a bit grumpy but I think I would be too at the end of season. Also there was no air-conditioning just a ceiling fan so I can imagine It get rather warm in the summer! X

location brilliant, staff wonderful and attentive, bar drinks and snacks lovely.

No AC unit, however room was never too hot anyway as ceiling fan was provided.

Every was clean room done every day my partner had a complimentary bottle of champagne and cake delivered to our room on her birthday Never had that before totally unexpected great touch will always remember x

Coming home wanted to stay

Everything. Cleaning, staff, courtesy, pool.

Nothing.

It was ok

No a/c and then night boys come out to play cockroaches I must kill at 3 night then woke up at 3 am twice and then electricity went off at 2 am no fan until 8 am

Great location , clean and rooms are nice.

The single fan in the room in mid August isn’t great , but it was stated on the website before hand that there was no aircon , so you can’t really complain .

The beds were comfortable, the apartment was big and the shower was good. Pool and pool area was cleaned every morning. Plenty of sunbeds, never a shortage. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything, supermarket, bars, restaurants, excursion hut right outside. 10 minute walk from the main strip/beach. Reception staff were nice, always greeted you when going in and out of the hotel. Overall I think it was good, besides a few small things, you get what you pay for and for the price/time of year we went it was grand.

No air-conditioning in the apartments. Ceiling fan in the room but we also had to go to a supermarket to buy another fan for the room as it got very hot. We went mid July. The windows in the room also need an upgrade. We stayed for 10 nights, our bed sheets were not changed once during our stay which I wasn’t really happy about. The bar area needs an upgrade, for an adults only hotel the bar closes at 8:00pm which isn’t ideal. There is no smoking on the balcony. No entertainment/live music in the hotel, also no kind of atmosphere as no one sits around the bar area. We sat on our balcony and listened to the next door hotels entertainment. There was also no music around the pool during the day, which made it kind of a boring atmosphere. When we arrived to our apartment there was an ashtray on our balcony, we weren’t aware there was no smoking on the balcony, everyday the cleaners would come in, empty the ash tray and leave it on the balcony table. One day they took it so my partner went down to reception to ask for another one, we were then handed a leaflet that said would require a €200 cleaning fee and there was no smoking in the rooms/balcony. We weren’t aware and there was also an ashtray left on the balcony when we arrived, so we were told we didn’t have to pay just to not smoke on the balcony anymore but it definitely put me on edge when I was given that leaflet, especially when it wasn’t a fault of our own.

Top of my list was availability of sunloungers through out the day. Always plenty available on the beautiful roof terrace along with umbrellas. No rush in the morning so felt well rested

Complex would benefit with some lively music played by the pool area to keep people entertained
