Mix up in our rooms couldn’t be fixed. Inconsistency of getting clean towels and desserts to our room. Mix up in getting picked up due to bad/miscommunication.

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel. It is outrageously overpriced and not worth the money in any way. The location is terrible. You are 1 hour from Cancun and 45 minutes from both Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and there is literally nothing around the hotel. No nightlife, no bars, no places to go. Everything shuts down extremely early and the vibe is completely dead. If you are young and looking to have fun, this place is a nightmare. The property is massive, which would be fine if the transportation actually worked. But it doesn’t. You depend on the golf carts and most drivers will NOT stop for you unless you tip them (Arturo was one of the very few exceptions). They don’t even look at you — they just keep driving. So be ready to walk 10–20 minutes under the heat to get anywhere: beach, buffet, restaurants. Completely impractical and unacceptable for a resort at this price point. The check-in and check-out process was a disaster. We were given the wrong room (two double beds instead of the king we booked), had to move, and then waited 6 HOURS for our luggage. Six hours is beyond ridiculous. At check-out we requested a cart for 11:30 — it never showed up. We had to carry our luggage ourselves across this enormous property. The only positive thing is the new coffee shop, where the coffee is good and the staff is nice. Yes, the hotel looks pretty, but don’t be fooled by the aesthetics. This place is all appearance and zero service. It is absolutely not worth what they charge. I would never come back and I strongly advise others to book somewhere else.

Large property. Fairly easy to get around. Difficult to eat at many restaurants as each hotel (4 total) only allow dining at limited places unless upgrading to higher priced rooms. Except for buffet dining, each restaurant requires a reservation or cannot eat there that night even if multiple tables are empty. Can only make reservations a day in advance except for the magical 8am hour on Sundays when 3 nights ij advance can be made.

Leydi at the bar was AMAZING!! She made wonderful drinks for all of us and was a pleasure to meet!

The rooms are nice and cozy. Staff is welcoming. The whole vacation is relaxing

The Wi-Fi signal and cellular reception outside the room, in the common areas, were very poor. I was unable to make calls and could barely even place a simple phone call. This is something very important that should be improved.

14/02/2026 Bamboo restaurants waiter Almaro was very pleasant and helpful. Had the bar make me a drink that was not usual and then refilled it with his own suggestion, outstanding service and attitude. I contacted the Mgr Miguel and told him the outstanding service from Almaro. The food was hot , quick delivery and very tasty. Would highly recommend this location for outstanding teamwork, attention, and attitude.

The hotel is nice, The grounds are kept clean. It is a huge resort but it was too hard to book into a restaurant. the pools were too deep and it was too quiet during the day. No entertainment at all. This is hotel is boring but if you like quiet you would love it.

I'm not retyping all of the items I've already listed. Stop wasting my time with repeat questions. Trust me when I say I won't be recommending the resort.
