Grand Palladium Select White Sand Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Was a wonderful experience with our family at this resort. Mr Sergio A. Was an excellent bar tender at Bar La Orilla. Made a bunch of fun drinks for my family.

If you don’t mind walking over a bridge to get to anywhere and everywhere, if you enjoy weird, exotic foods, but cold drinks this is the place for you

We had a great time just relaxing and being spoiled on our family vacation. We spent everyday alternating between the ocean and the pools. We had a quiet and enjoyable time!

We were a family of 8 (3 generations) with a 3 yr old and an 8 month old. Overall experience was great! Beautiful, long beach to walk - altho seaweed is obviously a problem in that area? this time of year? Nice pools, not busy, easy to find chairs in sun or shade. We found the Colonial Pool to be very deep - too deep if you are not a swimmer, as the swim-up bar was literally "swim" up! Buffet and specialty restaurants were all very good.

Samuel was a great waiter. Very interactive, polite and efficient. The food was very good. I enjoyed it very much. He explained some Spanish words to us and explained names for wine. Very proficient.

Great atmosphere and good staff. Swim up bar was fantastic and Jacinto, Yordi and Rafael were the best bartenders ever.

Our room looked nothing like photos. All rooms are junior suites, none have beach view. Rooms dated, no fan in toilet/ shower area. Have to chase staff for laundry pick up. Laundry is not free. Bar rarely refilled, had to call conceirge constantly to get water etc. Lineups at reception. One hour to check in. Line ups for meals. Restaurants reserved for premium members, have to line up daily to get booked in. Rarely get time you want. 1030pm too late for dinner. Buffett food and Japanese restaurant gave us food poisoning. One type of mexican beer available only. Drinks full of syrup, no real fruit juices at buffet. Extra charges on bill. All staff try their best, they work really hard. They need proper chefs to improve food. Inclusive wine is aweful. Be prepared to be harrassed for travel club. If you see staff in light blue shirts, run! Its four hours you wont get back. Beach is small, no long walks on beach. The tractor running on beach all day....really?? That sucked.

Wonderful stay at White Sands Resort, Cancun. Beautiful property and exceptional service from Martin, Grecia Delfin, and Fernanda—truly made our trip memorable.

Have been to this resort several times and found this trip to be mediocre. They are catering more to their travel club and to TRS, which leaves everyone else in the shadows. Very disappointing for such a prestigious chain.
