"Trip from hell"

Nothing the stay was horrible

Where do I begin, my first night the staff tried to force their way into my room at 3 in the morning do to an error on their part and another guest who destroyed the room that would have been above me. The I was told that my deposit would only be partially refunded because I “left hair on the dresser” and make in the corner of the towel and a “stain” on the bed. We called the police, and even the police were confused as to why I wouldn’t be able to get my full deposit back. The front desk clerk tried to make it seem as if he “feared for his life” after the tried to come in to room with their master key unannounced in the middle of the night while I was sleeping and unclothed. Every time I tried to stay there it has been a nightmare. I thought maybe their new owners and staff would make it better but no. Keep your money and stay ANYWHERE ELSE!!

"I didn’t even stay here it was so bad looking for a refund."

There was a pile of used condoms on the toilet and the bathroom area was not cleaned at all there was used towels and hair everywhere. Construction was happening throughout the building. It did not feel safe.
