Rooms look better than you expect when you come inside the building!!! Room was great! Room was clean, renovated and I enjoyed staying there. All those cons doesn’t really matter for me cause I liked the room and I felt very comfortable inside my room. Bed was clean, comfortable

I didn’t like the location, a lot of weird people around, as a solo traveler girl I felt unsafe there Also worker didn’t hear that I was standing in the lobby, although I was calling her, knocking her wall and so on. I was a bit annoyed by that, but I guess she really didn’t hear that I was there. Another thing that it looks a bit scary inside, but it looks like they have renovation and something will change soon

Room not cleaned. Towels were stained. Pillow cases dirty. There was hair in one bed when I pulled the covers back. Floor not swept. TV didn’t work. Shower floor was dirty; had to clean myself.

"Worst hotel ever."

Business doesn't inform you of the $100 holding deposit until you arrive. Refuse to refund and won't tell you why information about the $100 deposit is found no where. On booking.com, it states that there is a $30 refundable deposit. Lady at front desk tried telling me that was additional to the $100 deposit and argued me down until my spouse came in to assist me. In the end, I only paid $30 deposit. Dirty rooms. Booked a room with 2 beds and received a room with 1. No tv in the room. Dirty towels left in shower from previous person who booked. Wasn't given a receipt and only given 1 room key. Phone in room doesn't work. Ac/Heat unit was busted and broken. 1 sheet on the bed and 1 throw blanket. The sheet was not a fitted sheet. Overall very disappointed and they should probably go out of business.

Condition of building was bad, $100 deposit instead of $30 like listed, does not look like the pictures whatsoever, thinnest blanket and pillows, screaming in lobby at 2 am, vacuuming and loud noises in hallway at 4 am. For being empty, they gave us the farthest room from the door. Only nice thing was the updated bathroom. Will not return.

There was no ice bucket, no water, the floor was peeling and i tripped. The sink faucet handle came off, the water pressure was not good and why only 3 pillows that were flat. The elevator floor was peeled.

They have walk in showers and the room was decent.

The elevator was shaking and the floor wasn't finished, the hallway walls filthy, the advertise breakfast and don't have it, my room was open when I checked in
