I woke up feeling like I was attacked my left hip was hurting limping trying to rush to doctor appointment and after needing to work I got charged 30.00 deposit that I didn't know about because I already paid for 1 night stay way before I arrived the first room I was placed in was big hole in ceiling and holes in the walls Refrigerator was iced that the door wouldn't close TV couldn't get channels,so she put me in another that room was just as bed to the third room was a double The TV wouldn't get Channels she fixed that and then got ready to warm my food in my microwave it wouldn't start so she used her microwave to heat my meal. I was very unhappy after spending over a 100.

It wasn’t clean!!! There was no elevator and I am disabled and was placed on second floor and had to use stairs!!!

Close to freeway

First room tv didn’t work waited 1 and 30 mins for maintenance man who never came so I requested another room second room was nice microwave didn’t have plate so couldn’t warm up food and only had two wash rags and two towels no iron or ironing board tv keep freezing only had like 8 channels …. No water til 630/7pm and on booking app it offered free breakfast NO BREAKFAST WAS AVAILABLE…. I feel like I should get a complete REFUND… Also bed on had very thin throw blanket had to bring my traveling blanket from my car

Nothing but the nice staff member.

The 1st room that I booked at holes in the bathroom wall. And it wasn't clean like it was supposed to be. Then the second room that the nice staff member gave me to compensate the 1st room, had a dirty restroom, I couldn't get completely comfortable, so we left after spending a few hours in our room.
