the location of the hotel was suitable for our needs. Finding parking was an issue; although, we were sent to a parking garage down the street. A luggage load off and on area near the hotel would be helpful rather than having to lug luggage down the street in the rain.

the neighbourhood was a little sketchy but the rooms were modern and clean.

Everything was very nice. When I will return to Toronto, I will go to this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The property itself was adequate. I’d give it two stars out of five.

Close to shopping, a short walk to subway, although it’s a small hotel it’s a 3 floor walk up with no elevators.

Great location, close to everything. The only thing i didnt like was no late check out and no parking.

We search so many places to stay in downtown. After reading the reviews i chose this place because it was reasonably price. Good location not too far from everything. Yes a lot of homeless in the area but okay for a few nights stay. Clean, staff was nice. I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and smiled to me all the time while talking with me. However, this seems like the only up thing about this place. The room was very NOISY due to mechanical things during night and I heard people talk/sing in neiboughring rooms. The WORST breakfast i ever seen. All they had were milk, cereals and bread. Not even an egg or sausage. And I got a bad stomachache after having the food. Please save your money on purchasing the room with the breakfast and book the room without breakfast only
