Small, family-like atmosphere. Not on a noisy major street but still close to TTC & eating places.

Rooms are very small but this location appears to have been recently completely renovated and furnished with new furniture. I am a very fussy person and found the premises and room we had to be very clean. I liked the fact the rooms were not carpeted and that the floors were washed each time guests checked out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating however, if I had to make a recommendation it would be that they should be on point about the cost of parking at the Ramada down the street which is where they recommend you park your car. While there are really no other options in the area, our parking was a lot more expensive than we were advised but that is pretty much our only complaint.

It was fine for a short trip, clean and staff was friendly.

No parking near the hotel, make sure if you book with this hotel ask for a back room because window room was very noisy with people yelling and cars beeping. They say breakfast included was toast and cereal and bananas. That's why they were cheapest in the area I needed.

WiFi did not work for duration of 2-night stay. At check out, hotel rep did not ask how my stay was. Overall, sub-par experience but to be expected for the price.

We just needed a room for 1 night as we were in Toronto for" Come From Away". It was a a good location. clean, pleasant helpful staff , adequate breakfast so met our needs.

Great shuttle service to the airport also very close

Good for what we wanted. Bed very hard. The hallway had a bad smell and the breakfast was very basic

My only concern was that all surfaces were not wiped down from previous customers there was drnk stains all over the tables , and floor had drink spills all over them , maid servaces did not clean and wipe up these spills , other than that i was pleased with desk clerk very friendly and accomidating
