Property is very clean and once inside could be mistaken for a 4+ star place. Note parking a block away and just pay for the most amount of time your going to need to park because you can come and go as you please. Also the area have a lot of homeless people so it looks a little scary at night but they don't bother anyone.

I like that it’s literally right next door to my sons condo, a small hotel with a 3 floor walk up, no elevator. Area is condensed with homeless and panhandling.

Clean, newly renovated rooms, walking distance to downtown.

No tempararey parking place. Need to stop the vehicle on the road.No elevator for third flore.

Right on a very busy rd ,hard to sleep without ear plugs

Good basic hotel for one night stopover, simple breakfast in the morning. Had ice making machine next room so a bit noisy, rooms facing the road can be very noisy.

Tout est très bien cependant je trouve déplorable le fait qu’au prix que sont les chambres, nous devons payer pour l’eau en bouteille dans les chambres.

This place was fine for 1 night. My room was on the ground floor and was loud at times.

Like the price for being right Downtown Toronto! Clean helpful staff! What I didn’t like is if we got an early check in we would have to pay an additional 40.00
