Location close to downtown. Coffee available in room. Fridge in room.

Was very clean, rooms are modern and new! What we do not liked, no parking space for our car if people arrive with the own car.

Great location. Very clean. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was average but enough to get you going.

Next to Ryerson University and a few blocks from Yonge - Dundas Square (and College subway station). Not fancy, but clean & convenient. In good weather, it's a pleasant 30minute walk to Convention Center.

My son and i stayed for 2wks. The hotel was under renovations. We weren't notified about renovations until 2 days within our trip. Pigeon droppings were on the window ledge and it remained for the duration of our stay. The carpeted hallways were dusty and it greatly affected my sinus allergy. At check-in I asked if I could pay upfront for the stay and was told that I had to wait until checkout. I was made to pay a security deposit of $100 CAN. I as told that it will be refunded. I had to hand over my credit card at check-in (allegedly for verification) and to pay the deposit of $100 CAN which was separate from the cost of the room. A week later after speaking with my bank, I was informed that the hotel placed a hold on my credit card account for the cost of the room on the following dates:15th and 22nd Dec 2018. When I asked about it, they told me that it was the norm and asked if I haven't stayed in a hotel before. My account with you will indicate that this wasn't my first hotel stay. However it's the first time a hotel made withdrawal from my account without my permission.

Room and building were clean and nicely renovated. Good breakfast. My only complaint is that even when the heat in the room is turned off it

The hotel is ok. It is a few blocks walk away from Yonge Street, and may feel a little quiet after dark. Reception and breakfast area are fine. Stairs and hallways feel worn and even dirty, but the room was a nice surprise, very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is good. I would stay here again. Good value for downtown.

Staff was really kind and honestly, stayed for just the night. Rooms were decent. Bed was perfect. Service, 9/10. The cons, the surrounding area was not fit for my son with homeless people on drugs starting fights just outside the doors. Area in the city was a major turn off. No elevator. A bit too basic for the price we paid.
