A very relaxing three night break . Although very expensive , would go again ! Excellent breakfast in beautiful surroundings. Lunch at the pool bar was also excellent but very pricey. Plenty of restaurants across the river and also a 20 minute drive to Ibiza town .

Great location, beachside and riverside, enough space by the pool for everyone to sunbathe, tranquil, family friendly town even for those with no kids, food at the buffet offered good variety even vegan or gluten free options but some of the food could be better, some stuff weren't homemade or fresh enough but overall great. Lovely people on site staff or guests. Would definitely go back.

Great location, 30 mins from airport plus walking distance to beach and restaurants. Ideal place to stay for families, children can also access the Spa area. Good variety for breakfast, pool side bar nice but a little pricey. Clean rooms and staff very friendly, the only downside I can think of would be shame about the smell from the close by river on some days. We would still go back in the future.

Fabulous hotel. Staff very friends. Beautiful resort, only problem was the bad smell coming off the canal next to it. But that is not the hotels fault and it wouldn't put me off staying again.

The hotel was family friendly. There were many things to for kids including the outdoor jacuzzi pool and the spa area. Our room very nice; however, there was not much privacy in the bathroom area but they did offer to change our room. Great service. Breakfast was lovely and the pool side bar was nice but very pricy. When you were sitting by the pool or walking by the river there was and awful smell. Other than that there was a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops all within a 5 minute walk. Worth visiting this area ideal for families with young children.

Location, facilities and condition excellent, but there is a lack of atmosphere. Breakfast buffet good with plenty of choice.

Hotel pool is excellent, staff is outstanding and so is their willingness to help! Rooms are very clean! If you are looking for a good night's sleep, this is the place for you! The hotel is busy but quiet at night time, which was perfect for us! The points in need of improvement are: pillows are tough and very uncomfortable, shower room nowhere to place soap or shampoo and checking out, I asked for a couple of hours late check out, even tough they had the room available, they only gave us an hour extra, otherwise we would have to pay €85! Overall the experience was good! Please do change the pillows!

This is our second visit to this hotel and it did not dissappoint. Clean comfortable good food beautiful pool area all immaculately kept and the staff are very friendly. Had a treatment in the Spa which was lovely. A great week away. We'll be back.

The place is absolutely beautiful, it really looks better in person than in pictures or video. The breakfast buffet which is included is excellent! Nice staff!

We had a quite relaxing time at this hotel.Our room was fairly small, but well equiped & had a lovely view of the river / sea & the hotel pool area, so couldn't ask for more in that respect. Room maintenance was a little disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The overall service was very good. At reception it very much depended on who was on duty, some members of staff were much more accomodating than others! The quality and variety of food for breakfast and dinner at the hotel was excellent, with a massive choice. Most people went for the tables on the outside terrace, but we prefered to eat inside as less crowded, much cooler and no smokers sitting next you you! If you opt for the Al La Carte restaurants, it can work out very expensive, as are the drinks at the hotel. For this reason, we would venture out of the hotel in the evenings as this was a cheaper option - also as there was almost no entertainment at the hotel. A very pleasant pool area, but if you wanted a sun bed in the garden area you would have to get down at the crack of dawn, as unfortunately the usual placing of towels to reserve beds occured. But we had a car and visited somewhere different on this lovely Island every day.There are some fantastic beaches, and pretty little towns inland as well as Ibiza Town with it's impressive D'alt Vila old town. Overall our stay at this hotel was very good and we will be returning to Ibiza again next year.
