Relaxed but attentive service, nothing too much trouble. Everything spotless, never felt crowded, always plenty of sun loungers in or out of the shade. The extensive buffet breakfast and dinner catered for adults and children alike. Drinks prices are the same as any 5 star hotel, and not too different from bars along the beachfront. However, the cost of water was extortionate (the supermarket across the bridge did a roaring trade in mineral water with hotel guests). Somewhere like this ought to offer complimentary drinking water. The rooms were spacious, comfortable beds with a pillow menu, and the bathrooms well appointed with powerful rain showers and deep baths to relax in. The rooms were remarkably soundproof aiding a good night’s sleep. Definitely recommended for a few relaxing days away.

Tranquil. Superb. Best quality hotel with lovely professional tone, and good walks along river bank, and very close to popular promenade and beach.

We had a really lovely relaxing time there . The staff were great , helpful , polite always ready to help . Breakfast had an amassing selection .Room was a standard room but very nice , large with a soffer area . Ac very quiet best ever but was blowing in ya face when in bed , no hair conditioner in bathroom , brilliant stay ? .

Great hotel and good location slightly outside of Santa Ealaria but easy walking distance. Rooms cleaned to a good standard and staff were very helpful. Cons- €4 for a small bottle of water at the pool bar and, when I asked about their airport shuttle service, they tried to charge me €80 one-way when the taxi price is around €35.

A very pleasant spacious hotel within easy walking distance of local town and beaches. We had no experience of meals there apart from breakfast which was very comprehensive and appealing to all tastes. The bed for us was too hard, and uncomfortable but the additional bed settee in the room solved that problem.

Beautiful hotel in almost every aspect. Shame there weren’t any tea/coffee making facilities in the room and you have to pay extra if you wanted to use the basic spa facilities (sauna, indoor pool) fair enough, additional payments for treatments is expected. Evening meals very expensive compared to plenty of other different types of eating establishments along the promenade.

The hotel has a great choice of good quality food at breakfast and dinner. We had a corner room with king size bed, sofa and large balcony with river view. The hotel is approx 15 minutes walk to the marina where there are bars and restaurants. The bus station is also approx 15 minutes walk. Santa Eulalia is in an excellent location for trips out by bus to Ibiza town, San Antoni, the hippy market at Es Canar, Portinax etc. Buses run to and from the airport once per hour at a cost of 2 Euros per person! I would definitely return to Santa Eulalia and this hotel again.
