"Fabulous "

Loved everything here. Very pleased with communication from hotel before staying and delighted that my requests were met. Managed to check us in early. Breakfast amazing and service impeccable. Plenty of sun beds in the sun and some with shade. Plenty of parasols. Great quality bedding and towels We will return if the price is right

"Exceptional"

Excellent in every way. But I did think the spa was highly overrated, except for the steam room. Food was very good staff everywhere was outstanding. I just don’t understand why these places charge for water at dinner. That is so jive. It is stupid and against everything they try to do when they force guests to go and walk a half mile to buy a bottle of water not at the property’s rip off prices.

Good location, excellently maintained and very good food in the buffet (and prestige) restaurants for both breakfast and dinner. Drinks from the bars extremely expensive when compared with restaurants, bars and even other 5* hotels that had bars open to the public.

"Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location"

This is a superb hotel - hard to fault! Worthy of its five star status. Beautiful rooms, pool area and lobby, bar, etc. Extremely friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast - huge variety. We stayed bed and breakfast and went out at lunchtime and evening to the many excellent cafes and restaurants along the promenade. The hotel is situated at one end of Santa Eulalia and a short walk over the nearby river by footbridge to the promenade which runs all the way to the marina and beyond. There is no traffic near the hotel or the promenade. Overall, would highly recommend the hotel and the town of Santa Eulalia.

"Nice hotel, close to the beach but nice pool area "

Hotel had a problem over dinner one night waited for almost three hours for dinner, however the manager called my room the next day and invited me to him office to further discuss. He listened and rectified, very proactive in wanting to know the problem. I would stay here again.

"Perfect Weekend"

We had a really nice relaxed break - hotel friendly and staff were great without being intrusive. Great position too allowing a short walk to a nice beach and some cool beach bars.
