Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa

This is a very nice hotel. It is extremely clean and the grounds and pool area are beautiful. It is also in a great location. The staff are outstanding, a special mention for the lady on concierge who was very helpful and the gentleman in the a la carte restaurants who was wonderful. The only negative is that the food in the buffet restaurant is a little repetitive and of average quality for a 5 star hotel.

Hotel is gorgeous with beautiful surroundings. The rooms we had were prestige suites which were amazing, however the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The shower felt like it had very low pressure too. The room itself was great with the roof top jacuzzi which we used almost every day. The hotel itself is quite expensive to eat & drink. We were half board and ate in the buffet restaurant which was great for breakfast but not a lot of choice at nighttime for hot foods. Mostly the same each night & all the meats seemed to be the same chewy ones! I would tell anyone just to book bed & breakfast and not bother with dinner as we found some great places locally to eat. It wouldn’t stop me recommending the hotel though as it was a lovely place to stay.

Fabulous hotel just on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia but within easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Amazing breakfast, fantastic rooms.

We stayed here for 3 nights - October 19th - 22nd. This is a lovely hotel in a great spot. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room had views over the pool to the sea. The room was large and comfortable, and very quiet. The breakfasts were great - lots of choice and plenty of it. We didn't eat any other meals at the hotel. It is a few minutes walk over the only river in the Balearics to Santa Eulalia and it's beaches and restaurants. It's a shame you have to pay to use the hotel spa, but as we had a good deal on the hotel itself we didn't mind too much about paying to use it. There are various hydropools, 2 steam rooms, a laconium and a sauna, plus different showers and relaxation rooms. There were always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool. The pool was quite cold but we did manage to get in. We were there out of season, so I can imagine that it would get very busy in high season, but we loved it and will definitely go back.

The hotel is fantastic, the danger comes if you don’t check what any extras cost. The buffet is €55 a head which is well over priced for what it is. Make sure you ask for a double bed not twins pushed together, they will come apart during your nights sleep. Overall a great place to stay and great location

We had a great stay would highly recommend Jane has head if staff who was very accommoding on ensuring 6 ladies had rooms close together - big pool well located to beach and town centre definitely use !

From beginning to end, everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Everything was done with precision and care. Loved it all. Great for couples.

Very nice Hotel very attentive and pleasant staff very helpful with our Daughters food allergies nothing too much trouble, only slight niggle no atmosphere in hotel bar in the evenings could do with some low key entertainment maybe guitar singer etc however great proximity to everything you could need.
