There was no staff to assist us. My reservation did not originally show that this was a virtual hotel and that you better be very tech savvy. Would never recommend nor stay there again. The towels are not great and the paper products are terrible. Not much good to say about the place.
The property was well located however the stairs to access the room were extremely dangerous. Also the digital keys was inconvenient especially when yiu have lots of luggage to carry. The staff was helpful

I don't know prices in the area but it seemed like a very very good deal. Nice place, wonderfully located near very good restaurants, large parks, the riverfront, and a scenic 20 mimute walk to the old city. Lack of on-site staff was balanced by quick and helpful responses if you telephoned the remote concierge. Slightly dirty under the beds (not a big deal) but otherwise very clean and a nice vibe.
It would be nice to have a small fridge in the rooms for drinks.

Very spacious and clean. Great location as it is close to the Plains of Abraham and old Quebec City and restaurants. Just had some issues as check in and doors use only digital keys which did not work all the time.
We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, spacious, and full of character. Easy check-in with digital keys and everything was well organized. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for walks, and there’s a park nearby for the dog. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries. Easy parking and close to the highway. Highly recommend!
