The A/C was not working at all. We called the front desk few times, but unfortunately nothing. We asked for a fan as sleeping with the windows open was not possible as it was too noisy, but never got the fan. A bit disappointed.. Despite everything, the room was very clean.
Ok property. Well situated and well priced if you are looking for a place to sleep while enjoying the old Quebec area (just a quick walk away). Parking was an issue as it was during the summer festival in Quebec. At $25 for reserved parking spot that was occupied, and ended up in another spot and got boxed in (likely by festival attendee). Just ok.
Very steep stairs. Otherwise very good.
The virtual keys were not convenient at all, the coffee was not stocked, and there were not enough towels for our room.
The room was spotless and the communications were easy. Very responsive in finding solution to questions. I liked the self check in and the proximity to downtown.

It was an unexpected and a terrible experience on my arrival with my family of four at the property in the evening. The room was not ready and there was no housekeeping done. I reported this to the helpdesk agents. They suggested some other accommodation in the vicinity as it was last minute and they could not find an alternative for us. If the agents gave up, you can imagine what we had to go through calling and checking when our mobile phones were almost discharged after driving for 10 hours from Toronto. It was terrible - new city, new language, no contacts and left stranded in spite of booking three weeks prior and receiving confirmation emails, uptil the day of arrival, from the Hotel. I had to book an alternative hotel, on my own, at double the rate. Hope, nobody has to go through this ordeal. It has been one week since I emailed the property team and I have yet to hear back from them.
Bathroom could use a remodel. Other than that all good.
Chambre propre, très bien adaptée pour un couple avec jeune enfant! Voisins du haut bruyant.
