Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på dette hotellet. Luksus hele veien. Robot som leverte mat på døra. Dette var helt utrolig. En yngre mann med navn Huang bar koffertene våres og tok godt vare på oss. Smilte hver gang vi kom til hotellet. Det gjorde oppholdet vårt enda bedre!

Lady Mia is the only person that I recommend for English speaking people to deal with. She understands the hosting business and is responsible about guests. The hotel theme is nice .

Nobody speaks English except Ms. Mia. They split the breakfast restaurants to Chinese and Western but 4 of 5 people was Chinese in the Western buffet and we found free tables as shared with a Chinese couple. The waiter whispered them the availability of free table later that we felt uncomfortable.

Hotel staff are not very nice, they tend to be very silent not very friendly when you check in/check out. The room is quite small compared the picture, for a 5 star hotel and the money paid, nothing is surprising or impressive. We stayed in a 4 star hotel afterwards which is much more comfortable and spacious. This hotel is lack of service and amenities (no coffees offered at the lobby). Overall for the money paid the hotel just meet the expectations. Service needs to improve.

직원들과 소통이 어렵습니다. 실제 예약 금액 보다 많은 호텔 차지 비용까지 청구가 되었으며 아직까지도 호텔 차지 비용이 취소도 안되고 있습니다. 짜증나네요....
