The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially at the doors when we needed help with translation for the taxi drivers. The room is clean, spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is very good for the small size of the restaurant. The gym is excellent, with a variety of open spaces and equipment areas. Although the immediate area is rather empty, the subway stations are just a few minutes walk, and there are plenty of taxis at the entrance.

The smell of air freshener (presumably some kind of signature aroma) in the lobby is unpleasantly strong. The hotel bar is comfortable enough, but there is no real bar to speak of - just a digital menu delivering from an internal location - and it was empty most of the time. The swimming pool features in the advertising but there is no mention of the need for a swimming cap, so my children were disappointed when they could not go swimming.

The room is very spacious and has a good layout. Very modern. Honestly I can spend a whole day in my room feeling homely. The beds are very comfortable. The aerospace theme makes it extra interesting. The only issue I would point out is that the shower door is a bit leaky, and the shower drain is slow. Every time I take a shower, some water leaked out to the floor outside. It is a minor issue.
