Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Thoughtful amenities in room - even has Chinese herbal tea sachets. Rooms are quiet even though next to main road. Not very close to subway though but u was using taxi most times so not an issue

The hotel is walking distance from 2 main transit stations and lines which makes it very helpful to get around the city. Great service from the staff, particularly from Cherry and Emily who helped us with our luggage, and Jesse who arranged our airport drop off (free with the hotel stay). The gym and pool were also very nice. The room is spacious and had a great view of the city.

Great hotel! Clean and convenient location. Nice facilities like gym and swimming pool though gym is a little crowded as it is open to external membership too. Great if staff can speak a little english!
