What a place! I stayed here with my wife and another couple and it was perfect. The room itself was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous the entire time. We highly recommend visiting the rooftop bar prior to going out for the evening. The views are insane.

Secreto is a nice little hotel with great access to Isla's 'downtown' and the beach. Friendly attentive staff. My negative is that the hotel is under renovation and we did not find out till after our arrival. That was a turn-off.

Best hotel in the island we have been to probably 12 time there . The place will only be staying now !

Nice little boutique hotel in Isla Mujeres. Staff was friendly and very helpful. It’s not all inclusive, but there are loads of food trucks right down the street.

We will never stay at another hotel on the island. I wish I could remember all of the names of the lovely staff, but Stephanie and Millie were so friendly and professional. We stayed in a room with an ocean view that exceeded our expectations. Our terrace had a large daybed with a table and chairs that we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails on. Our bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the amenities that the hotel offers are extensive. Plus the location on a hidden quiet beach is outstanding, unlike the big hotels on Playa Norte with boats docked offshore blaring music. We swam in the pool everyday, and just relaxed. Security is another reason we loved the hotel. After hours you need an electronic room key to enter the front door, but there is an attendant inside confirming that you are a guest. We cannot say enough. This is our new home away from home. We visit the island at least twice a year.

Great hidden boutique hotel!! Beach isn’t swimmable but it’s got a great intimate pool that lets you connect with the other guests! Staff is very friendly and we loved our stay here!

We stayed at Hotel Secreto for 6 nights and really enjoyed it! The staff is very nice and helped with taxis and dinner reservations. Millie was amazing and so accommodating! The bartenders are great and friendly. The rooftop opens at 5pm and is an amazing place to have a drink and watch the sunset. It did rain a couple of afternoons and they did not open it on those evenings. There are no onsite restaurants at this property but we saw several guests ordering food for delivery. There are street food vendors a short walking distance away and Hidalgo St. is close by with multiple restaurants and many bars with nightly entertainment and live music. The pool is clean and has plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade with a nice view of the beach. They do set up a bar outside during the day starting in the early afternoon and in the evenings in the lobby. There is beach access and it’s very secluded but not a swimmable area. Playa Norte is just around the corner and you can walk over there and swim and snorkel. The best part was waking up to turtle tracks and getting up around midnight watching some come to the beach to lay eggs!!! The only downfall which is not the hotel’s fault, was late night noise and music being played by some people who apparently live behind the hotel and it went on about 3 nights until 1 or 2 in the morning. Next time I would spend the extra money and stay in a ocean view room as the standard rooms do not have patios.

Great Service!!! great property, highly recommend. Close to everything but not in the middle of everything. Great roof top bar! Great drink service by the pool. Highly recommend.
