Mercure Bradford, Bankfield Hotel

Hotel is very large but was very quiet only a handful of other guests Room was OK with just enough space

Breakfast buffet was a bit thin on choice Room was a bit tired looking with old and dated furniture Bed was way too soft for us

Location and clean hotel,gardens were well maintained.. Will definitely be staying again.

Having to leave the Yorkshire Area.

All the staff were very welcoming the room was spacious and breakfast fantastic

Situated in large grounds. Plenty of parking. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

Radiator in room faulty and stuck at max heat.. was given another room and told if anything wrong with that they would have to refund me as they had nothing else. Food very slow to arrive despite only 3 tables and brought starter with main. No lift to first floor in our part of the hotel. No offer of portrayed. Needs more thorough cleaning

Great location could walk to salts mill 25 mins away . Lovely garden area to sit in ! Bar and pool table which was good . Entrance hall was lovely with water there to take .

Breakfast was good, but had to wait had for ages for the refills for the eggs, mushrooms etc on the self service counter.

£7.45 for a pint of beer !!!! Decor is a bit dated, rooms are good tho.
